1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bck99 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). 3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the bck99 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from a single individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or household — bck99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

KYC Verification

bck99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming standards. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• National ID Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used (e.g., bKash transaction ID)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bck99 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment transactions on the Platform are processed via SSL-encrypted channels and are subject to the policies below.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawal Policy

bck99 does not permit the use of bonus funds for the sole purpose of satisfying the minimum deposit requirement for a subsequent withdrawal. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures in bad faith will result in immediate bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the bck99 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other events — are subject to market settlement rules published at the time of bet placement. In-play bets are settled based on the outcome at the time the relevant event is concluded. bck99 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or resulting from clear pricing errors.

7. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform content without express written consent from bck99 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bck99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss, even if bck99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bck99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the Platform. All games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bck99 Platform shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits bck99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
